For five years I lived with fibromyalgia. What I didn’t realize at the time is that I was living in past trauma that had never been cleared. I knew it was there because I lived it, dwelled in it, therefore those traumas manifested into physical pain. I had a very abusive childhood, have/had parents that were indifferent and self-serving.
